  BACKGROUND INFORMATION- The non-profit Green Future Foundation was founded in 2015 with the goal of encouraging sustainable practices and environmental preservation around the globe. The organisation fights climate change, protects natural ecosystems, and promotes sustainable living through campaigning, research, and community involvement.  Description of the Group: I participate in volunteer work with an organisation that promotes community cleanups and environmental protection. Our primary goals are to educate the community about the value of recycling and garbage management, coordinate monthly clean-up drives in neighbourhood parks and beaches, and work with local government agencies to enhance environmental regulations. With people from a variety of backgrounds, our team is diverse and each individual contributes special talents and viewpoints to our group's efforts.   Leader 1: Nelson Mandela  The great revolutionary and politician from South Africa who opposed racism, Nelson Mandela, represents leadership in its purest form. His constant commitment to equity, justice, and peace won him respect from people all around the world. The deep qualities of forgiveness, inclusion, and determination defined Mandela's leadership. He had been imprisoned for 27 years, however when he was let out, his spirit and vision remained unchanged. Mandela's acts upon his release from jail, which reflected his faith in the power of forgiveness and reconciliation, set a great example for leaders around the world. He realised that promoting togetherness and letting go of grudges are necessary for long-lasting change.
