MY VISION, MISSION AND GOALS

 Personal Vision: I see myself succeeding in an administrative role and being well-known as a skilled tattoo artist in ten years. I consider myself to be a well-respected professional who has successfully balanced creative expression with standard office duties. I also want to challenge misconceptions and serve as an example for women in both industries, showing them that it's possible to succeed in a variety of fields.

                                                       

Personal Mission Statement: My goal is to make significant contributions to my community while continuously developing personally. I want to promote organisational objectives, create a great work environment, and improve procedures in my administrative function. As a tattoo artist, my goal is to produce work that empowers people, builds relationships, and encourages self-expression. In ultimately, I want to challenge expectations, promote creativity, and have a positive influence on people around me.

MY SMART GOALS -

SHORT TERM - LEARN HOW TO  SWIM 

Specific: Within the following month, join in for beginning swimming classes at the neighbourhood pool.

Measurable: Participate in two or more swimming classes a week and monitor your progress in learning the fundamental strokes.

Achievable: Spend at least 30 minutes a day swimming laps or practicing floating to gain proficiency in swimming techniques.

Relevant: Acquiring a broad skill set and encouraging individual safety in aquatic settings are two goals that learning to swim supports.

Time-bound: Within three months, make a significant advancement in your swimming proficiency by learning to swim 25 metres with assurance and without help.

MEDIUM TERM - TRADING CLASSES

Specific: Within the next six months, sign up for a recognised online trading course or go to live trading seminars.

Measurable: Finish the trading course's modules or sessions, and take an active part in debates or other learning exercises.

Achievable: Set aside time each week to study trading principles, simulate transactions, and interact with the course materials to gain a deeper understanding of the subject.

Relevant: Learning to trade satisfies my interest in financial markets and my job goals. It also presents chances for personal development and possible investment prospects.

Time-bound: Within a year, establish a basic understanding of trading concepts and methods that will serve as a basis for further research and possible use in investment undertakings.

       

LONG TERM - ESTABLISHING A TATTOO BUSINESS 

Specific: Within the next two years, create a thorough business plan that details the tattoo shop's goals, target audience, services provided, and marketing approaches.

Measurable: Provide thorough goals, deadlines, and standards for measuring progress in each area of the company strategy.

Achievable: Look for mentorship or advice from seasoned tattoo artists or business experts, and conduct market research to find possible locations, competitors, and consumer preferences.

Relevant: Starting a tattoo parlour gives me the chance to express myself, pursue my artistic goals, and succeed as an entrepreneur—all of which are in line with my long-term professional goals in the creative sector.

Time-bound: Establish reasonable benchmarks for obtaining capital, obtaining required licences and permits, building a clientele, and making money in order to launch the tattoo business within three to five years.
