  Leader 1: Nelson Mandela  The great revolutionary and politician from South Africa who opposed racism, Nelson Mandela, represents leadership in its purest form. His constant commitment to equity, justice, and peace won him respect from people all around the world. The deep qualities of forgiveness, inclusion, and determination defined Mandela's leadership. He had been imprisoned for 27 years, however when he was let out, his spirit and vision remained unchanged. Mandela's acts upon his release from jail, which reflected his faith in the power of forgiveness and reconciliation, set a great example for leaders around the world. He realised that promoting togetherness and letting go of grudges are necessary for long-lasting change. Mary, her superior, gives her the task of writing a response to an anonymous letter that the CEO has received, which puts him in a difficult situation. According to the letter, a costly system that was just installed is not working as it should, although the CEO receiving positive reports.
